Due to the handmade and personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on body butters, body oils, lotions, scrubs, soaps, room sprays, gift sets, or any skincare items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please email us at TheMakingsbySwann@gmail.com within 3 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit when applicable.

All ingredients are listed for every product.
Please review carefully before purchasing.
Because every skin type is different, we cannot offer refunds due to personal skin reactions, allergies, or scent preferences.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, The Makings by Swann is not responsible for loss or theft.
